2.1 You can create an affiliate account on Counsellors.co.nz by completing the registration process, providing your contact information, and submitting your website or social media account for approval.
2.2 By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account details confidential.
Commission and payment:
3.1 As an affiliate on Counsellors.co.nz, you will earn a 4% commission on each successful referral you make to our platform.
3.2 A referral is considered successful if the client referred by you completes a counseling session with a counsellor on our platform.
3.3 The commission will be paid to you via electronic transfer to a New Zealand bank account, once per month.
Conduct and ethics:
4.1 As an affiliate on Counsellors.co.nz, you must conduct yourself in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
4.2 You must not engage in any fraudulent or misleading activities, including but not limited to false advertising, spamming, or misrepresenting our platform or services.
Promotion and marketing:
5.1 As an affiliate on Counsellors.co.nz, you are responsible for promoting our platform and services in a positive and accurate manner.
5.2 You must use only approved marketing materials provided by us, and not create your own without our prior written approval.
5.3 You must also disclose that you are an affiliate of Counsellors.co.nz in all your promotional materials.

7.2 You agree to indemnify and hold Counsellors.co.nz harmless from any claims, lawsuits, or damages arising from your use of the platform.
