Refund Policy
Sometimes things can go wrong and we would like to be here for you when that happens.
You have the right to cancel your appointment and receive a full refund by giving at least 24 hours notice prior to your appointment time.
If your counsellor does not show up to the appointment you will also receive a full refund.
In exceptional circumstances where an emergency has happened, you can contact your counsellor (via this website) who may want to waive the fee.
Some circumstances outside of this policy may also make you eligible for a refund, so if you have any questions or concerns please contact us below.

We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible, most are processed within 48 hours.
