As a counsellor, I strive to provide a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore and navigate their personal challenges and growth. With more than 12 years of experience, my therapeutic approach is multifaceted, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Jungian analytical psychology, with Person-Centred and Narrative Therapy skills. This integrative approach allows me to tailor my methods to suit each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

I am deeply committed to fostering healing and transformation in those I work with, whether they are grappling with anxiety, trauma, depression, suicidal ideation, identity, LGBTQIA+ issues, immigration, or other distressing experiences such as childhood traumas or abuse. By delving into the complexities of relationships, memory, and trauma, I aim to help clients uncover underlying patterns and sources of their difficulties, facilitating meaningful resolution and personal growth.

My ultimate goal is to empower individuals to navigate their lives with greater insight, resilience, and fulfilment. Whether you’re seeking to overcome past traumas, manage anxiety, or simply explore personal growth, I am dedicated to supporting you every step of the way on your journey toward healing and self-discovery.
